Liked: The bed was incredibly comfy and the size of the room was excellent. As someone with arthritis I would have preferred a shower to get into, but the room was very good otherwise. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. They gave great service, and went out of their way to be helpful.
Disliked: The bath was difficult for me to get into as someone with a disability, but that was my issue for not saying anything before I went to the hotel. It was a well equipped room and there was nothing wrong with the bath. It was just difficult for me to access it.

Liked: Immaculate, spotless and great location. Very friendly and helpful colleagues. Very well equipped and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent breakfast. A cracking good hotel.

Disliked: This is nitpicking as I found it difficult to find fault with anything else but for me, if you are going to supply a toilet brush please ensure there is no liquid residue left in the holder.
