Not the best staff or...

Liked: We cleaned the entire lodge before we left. There are NO bins around the villa. We could not see where to put a little bag of rubbish. So we put it beside the bin in the house, fully closed. They then charged us $60 because we didn’t put the bag in the bin. But there are no signs within the lodge explaining where to put it.There are three lodges together and a central bin would be amazing for them and to save this issue. But clearly this is how they make money.I was also threatened that if I don’t pay it they were going to leave me bad reviews. Not knowing I have over 250k followers on socials so I explained I’m sure I could easily do the same but I won’t. We were with my two parents and my 11 year old daughter. We cleaned everything immaculate before we left. Also when we arrived, reception was closed and they couldn’t find our booking for half hour even when it was paid before arrival. Pity, because we stayed at the Spa retreat before and had a lovely time. But due to the way the staff spoke to me and then charged me $60 for a little carrier bag of rubbish that we had no idea where to put it. We won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it either.
