Liked: - The location is very close to the center and within walking distance- The rooms are very clean and cleaned regularly and very well every day- The breakfast is very nice and sufficient- Mohammed, one of the reception staff, was extremely helpful and very interested. I would like to thank him in particular. Evaluating this staff of yours in much better positions will add value to your hotel.- However, a lady at the reception, Fermanda (of Spanish origin), was extremely uninterested and angry. We wanted to make a taxi reservation from her for 11.50 in the morning. She said she did. We were ready in front of the reception at 11.30 and we said we were ready, the taxi could come if it was available. She said no I can't call again, it will be here at 11.50. When the taxi still didn't come at 12.10, she said it would be a little late. Although we waited 30 minutes longer than the time we requested until 12.20, the taxi did not come. We had to call a taxi ourselves from the road. We caught the plane at the last minute. As a summary, the lack of a mechanism to monitor the behavior of the staff working at the reception towards customers is a huge deficiency. Rewarding those like Muhammed and warning those like Fer… would add value to your hotel. I will write my reviews on Booking.com also.

Liked: We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even provided us with an iron and ironing board when we needed it. Everything was well-organized and comfortable — we would definitely come back!
