Great location, clean and value...

Liked: The hotel is renovated, clean and in a great location (in the city center, close to the metro station and the shopping area). The room was spacious, very clean, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is really kind and helpful. It has great breakfast, wonderful coffee, tasty food and a lot of choices for vegans and vegetarians.
Disliked: The windows were not soundproof and the noise from the street was unbearable. Probably this is not a problem for people who travel for leisure, but for people who travel for work a quite room is of utmost importance. It is a pity, because the hotel is really great as a whole!

Liked: The size of the room was fine and the bathroom was renovated.
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights and we asked for the cleaning of the room not to be daily as the hotel recommended for environmental reasons of course. So the room was cleaned the 3rd day of our stay. When we returned to the room we noticed that the sheets, wasn’t changed, just made and the floor was not cleaned, it had hair and prints from the flip flops. So they only took garbage, changed towels & made bed one time in 3 night stay.

Liked: The room was clean, the breakfast was average, the streets around the hotel a bit unsafe.
Disliked: the reservation was made with breakfast included and the breakfast was an additional charge, no one emphasized that at check-in.
