Disappointed

Liked: Sandy at the bar was very professional. We tried to eat at the restaurant and no one would even look at us. It had been busy but when we arrived the last of the rush was paying bills. We waited 15 minutes and got up and left. I went to the front desk and was told to talk to a manager in the morning!I paid almost $200 to stay one night. Was looking for a relaxed atmosphere and stay. I will not stay again. I can stay across the street for half price. So disappointed.

Liked: The western theme and all the rock work.
Disliked: It’s really outdated.

Disliked: Our first room was very dirty. Toothpaste on sink. Trash in beds. Dead bugs. General filth on floors. Second room was marginally better, but not up to usual standards.

Disliked: I didn't like the 4 days we were there housekeeping never came into our room to clean or collect trash. Also, we requested an adjoining room for us and my daughter and granddaughter we didn't receive it.
