Disliked: The room had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt damp throughout. Mould was visible in several areas, adding to the discomfort. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Liked: It was all so smart, comfortable room which was unexpectedly serviced, breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Parking situation but we survived

Liked: Stayed many times before & everything about the property is lovely. Very cosy & tastefully furnished
Disliked: Self check in seems very impersonal compared to past experiences. Apart from our bedroom, the rest of the hotel, including breakfast room was very cold.

Liked: Great place to stay and the staff were so helpful letting us know where to eat in the area, room was lovely and breakfast was great, easy to book in and staff available if we needed anything.
