Disliked: The smell in common areas , no gas for dirty BBQ, microwave didn't work properly, not enough parking, host not very welcoming

Disliked: On arrival I was spoken to rudely about where I stayed as I paid $154 for a room with a balcony. I was shown a bedroom with 2 single beds in it and asked if I had paid the animal cleaning fee of $40 which I replied yes I took my luggage and pets into the bedroom and shortly after a knock on the door asking again if I paid the pet cleaning fee and again I replied yes. I closed the door after brief questioning Another knock on the door and asked if I had paid $40 per animal for cleaning fee? I read the messages sent from this motel on booking.com app which did not state per animal. It states $30 on booking.com ad. It did not suggest others could be in the adjoining bedroom, it did not state the toilet was outside with the shower or that the manager would be cleaning outside the bedroom door for the rest of the day and thumping and banging upstairs until late at night I’m very disappointed with this accommodation and the cost of it I would strongly not recommend this place at all to anyone or their pet. The gate does not close and neither does the back door of the communal “unit” Worst place to stay with a pet!!

Disliked: My 2 bed room was given to someone else & I was told by staff I would just had to sleep on the floor so my adult daughter could have the only bed. The door could only be latched from the outside so we weren’t safe while we slept. Anyone could’ve walked in & taken our keys. Staff were very aggressive to myself and even my wife copped abuse when she rang them to ask for reimbursement for the room. Disgusted with the lack of service & decency.

Liked: Nothing it was so dirty me and my family did not stay there and as we have a dog we couldn’t find any more accommodation and were forced to drive all night back to mackay
Disliked: The place was filthy beds had dust and dirt everywhere and floor was filthy with dirt and hair and stains bath room was not useable a used pot on the stove the lady who we talked to didn’t care at all and as we had a outside dog she had me pay her money directly to her for extra cleaning the dog don’t go inside but I still had to pay we didn’t stay there as it was not fit for a pig to love in and we couldn’t find any other accommodation so we were forced to drive back to mackay that night absolutely the worst don’t stay or book with them. They are a disgrace
