Liked: Very little. The room and toilet was relatively clean compared to the rest of the building. Sitting area outside was ok
Disliked: Immediately after booking via booking.com they pushed for another direct bank transfer before checkin details would be provided. It was apparently for ‘cleaning’. I would not transfer anything that was not via the website. They eventually relented and told me it was for pet cleanup (and we didn’t have one, nor were we asked if we did). I was told the room and to check myself in. The property was dank, musty block of flats with a crazy amount of video cameras installed internally and externally. Shared bathroom and kitchen. With unfriendly shabby residents who appeared permanent.

Liked: A bed for the night at short notice. If I could have found alternate accommodation I would have. If you want something like a backpackers accommodation & don’t care about noise, cleanliness or overpriced cost then it will be adequate for your needs for 1 night. Too small for more than 2 people.
Disliked: Noise from upstairs. Dirty toilet/bathroom. $40 deodorising fee excessive, when all you did was sprinkle powder on the floor. I could smell it. Overflowing garbage bin in kitchen. Fix the entry gate, hard to open & noisy. Fumigate . Large spiders in bedroom running along the roof & curtains over the bed. Not enough light. 1 lamp was the only light that worked. Loss of power when I was showering

Liked: Nothing, Not for $200.00 a night!?!
Disliked: For $200 a night it was a shock. Shared bathroom, toilet, sink and fridge. Nothing was very clean .no usable cooking facilities. All very disappointing.

Disliked: This venue was FALSELY advertised.There is nothing " spacious " ; " seaside" : " boutique " or " guesthouse " about it!!It is a ( series of ) small room cheaply built in a suburban backyard.The house is situated on a roundabout on a main road several kilometres from a beach.I was unable to contact the host by either phone , email or directly at the door. I needed to go to another place to stay for the night of supposed check in.

Disliked: The owner/manager? is the worst person I have EVER dealt with in business. Rude and extremely combative. I rang to query an unexpected charge of $40 for my pet dog, a charge not mentioned on this pet friendly hotels website. I tried to discuss with her. She screamed down the phone at me, yelled over the top of me. It was Impossible to discuss with her in a rational manner. I said I would like to cancel the booking and receive a refund as under these circumstances I would not be staying. She slammed down the phone again and at least four times when I tried to call back. Impossible to communicate with. She has gone ahead and charged me anyway. Then I receive an email asking for feedback on ‘how was your stay”. She knows I didn’t stay. I would still like a refund. No paying customer should be subjected to this level of tirade. She makes Fawlty Towers seem quite civil! (Rating of Zero)
