Disliked: i made a reservation in Room 814 from April 1st to April 4th. I returned to the hotel at about 10:30 p.m. on April 3rd and found that the door of the room was open, and a towel was blocking the door. It was so shocking. I went into the room to check my personal belongings, including my passport and bank card. Fortunately, nothing was lost, but I think it was very unsafe! I have complained to the front desk. The front desk said that it was caused by the cleaning staff. I think it was a serious mistake. Our room is next to the elevator. During the ten hours when I went out, anyone who comes to the eighth floor may enter our room to steal or hide in the room. In the room, I also found a bathroom garbage bag that the cleaners didn't take away. It was placed on the table. I think this is very unprofessional and will bring huge security problems to the guests! This is my first time staying in this hotel, but it is a terrible experience.

Liked: Good location, only 6 stops by tram to the centre of the city. Nothing much around the hotel though. Comfortable beds. Rooms could be a bit cleaner - dusty shelves, dirty carpet. Quiet room even though the hotel is right next to a motorway. Hotel facilities such as halls and lifts could be cleaner. Breakfast very mediocre, better to pop in to a cafe outside the hotel.
