Liked: Great size room with everything you need included. Bed and pillows were comfy and the bathroom was lovely! Close to tram and metro station which is convenient for getting into the centre.
Disliked: Windows let a bit of noise from outside in but nothing crazy

Liked: Lovely room. Conveniently near supermarkets and public transport to all the major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely too.
Disliked: The bed was quite uncomfortable and the two single beds were pushed together with only a little bit of space for us to separate them. A minor thing all things considered though

Liked: Great location very central 30 mins from airport and 20 minutes by tram to Museum district.Friendly reception team Power shower was excellent and hot.
Disliked: Hotel was a bit dark and dingy, I'm certain it was a converted office block.Room on 1st floor, pretty quiet, but no view whatsoever - just concrete.Longish dark entry to the room as you enter, where you have a small bathroom and what od call a box room, barely big enough for a double bed.Room has air-conditioning, which is a plus, but this did not blow hot air to heat the room, 2 plus in heaters were left in the room for heating.Bathroom was on the small side, some floor tiles cracked. Being on first floor, whenever someone in a higher room flushed the toilet, it sounded like someone trying to break into the room! Staines on the wall (possibly water damage), pillows too small for pillow cases, bed firm but sagging in the middle. You get what you pay for.
