Overall it’s a good stay...

Liked: Good Location, easy access to tram and staff were nice people.The room had squeaky floors and you could hear footsteps and voices of people on the next floor.

We had a lovely time

Liked: Breakfast offered a good variety of items. The hot choices were just ok, but fresh warm pastries, fresh fruit, cheese, salad, rolls were all very good. Good coffee machine. The location was excellent, but very peaceful.
Disliked: We would have liked a lounge to sit in and chat. There were no comfy chairs to sit on in our room.

A great hotel in a...

Liked: The property was in a great area, right in the heart of the museum quarter and just a short tram ride to the centre.
Disliked: The rooms are a little small which can make manoeuvring around the bed a little tricky, but for how long we actually spent in the room, this wasn’t an issue for us as we were out exploring most of the weekend. Also, the small size of the room is made up for by how lovely the bathroom is!

Liked: Decent location just outside of the city centre. Quiet and easy to walk to restaurants and cafes nearby.
Disliked: The rooms were so small meaning they were very uncomfortable. Nowhere to place clothes. It is only suitable for one person staying for one or two nights at most. There was a strange smell from the bathroom, presumably the drains.

Good spot for museums and...

Liked: Great spot for both museums and transport links to other areas. Beds were the comfiest we've ever had in a hotel. A really really good night's sleep!! The street was a little loud early morning, but I did leave the window open so that's probably on me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in was very quick and easy - the reception knew who we were before we said, felt very welcoming
Disliked: Breakfast was fine and because it was included, it was ok. The bowls were too small really for cereal, and the milks were not clearly labeled so we had to guess. But the bacon and sausages were lovely, could have done with a slice of toast.
