Except for the false fire...

Liked: Comfortable bed & room
Disliked: False fire alarm went off at 2 am w no communication about false alarm.The operational arms on the shower were very confusing.

Nice hotel but I couldn't...

Liked: The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: A pipe burst around 2am. A fire alarm woke me up. Kept me up for hours so I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep. I had to work the next day and it really ruined my day. I expected the hotel to reach out to me to apologize but never heard from them.
