Fair

Liked: Elevator is great!
Disliked: Left a cell phone in the lobby bathroom , someone took it after 3 mins. Nobody will help me and only point to “lost and found “

Liked: I have to say I'm deeply disappointed with your hotel.Check in took a long time to get done.There was no details given at the time about important things. For example there is no water in the room unless you purchase $13 water.There is no tea making facilities in the room. I asked for a pot of hot water , I was told this would be $10 plus charged $10 for room charge and taxes and I assume people expect a tip. So over $20 a pot of hot water is ridiculous.I asked for regular water which every hotel in the world even a 2star hotel has. I was told to go back to reception to pick up the water. After being at reception and not told / offered there, being then told to return 52 floors to get water, is just a joke. I was told sorry sir this is hotel policy. ( so clear the hotel policy isn't about customer experience it's about avoiding cost).I booked for myself wife and daughter in the room. At the four seasons they contacted me prior and asked if they could set up an additional bed. (No charge). They were excellent. At the Wynn at reception nothing is mentioned when I get to the room, there is nothing there so I asked for a bed and surprise surprise it $50 plus taxes per night. It took hours for it to be delivered and all the person delivering could do was complain how there was no beds available and we were so lucky to have this.Last night I went to the sports bar with my 9 year old daughter as it's one of the only places to eat near the room. We lined up and we're told it would be 10 min.People who lined up after us were seated prior to us. I ordered a beer and a cranberry for my daughter , it took 20 min to return back and explain that the beer wasn't available. (Your own brand beer) The food was cooked and delivered before my drinks. Then there's an expectation of atleast an 18% tip.It is my wife and i 25th wedding anniversary . We chose to stay at the Wynn as we heard it was a nice hotel. This is something I regret.

Cigarette smoke evertwheOverpriced and minimal...

Liked: Very clean and well decorated
Disliked: As you walked into the property you smelled cigarette smoke from the gambling area - and could not avoid it.A fridge was provided but you weren’t allowed to put you own drink/food in it.“Free” water offered in checkout - nothing in the roomMain pool closed without letting us know.
