I expected more.

Liked: Location was fine, many options to eat (restaurants).
Disliked: The guests have no preference in the restaurants, the room ammenities are ok, not the best cost-benefit.

Good hotel, extremely busy, expensive

Liked: Rooms were spacious
Disliked: No availability for dining, long lines everywhere, 1hr to wait for in-room dining, a bit disappointing.

Terrible stay

Disliked: Not at all a 5 star hotel not even a coffee/ kettle machine in the rooms. Upon asking front desk for dog bowl they told me to go buy downstairs. I have been overcharged and it’s impossible to get a hold of the customer service.
