Liked: Location, decor, facilities.
Disliked: Ventilation and heating in the room.It was very stuffy in the room and we were not able to cool it or open a window to get any air in.

Liked: Very good and rich breakfast, perfect location, parking availability, very comfortable beds
Disliked: Air conditioning/heating was not easy to set. Water pressure in one of our rooms was very low. Noise insulation was not 100%. There was only one coffee machine for entire breakfast room. But in general it was nice stay in beautiful city.

Disliked: The rude staff at reception. 85polish for breakfast all the food was stone cold definitely not worth the price.Rooms too hot no opening window and air conditioning not working. Booked a family room as 2 adult and 2 teenagers when arrive it was two double beds my 14 female and 16 male were to share the same bed what 16yr old boy would share a bed with his 14yr old sister asked at the reception to change room to 2 single beds or for extra bed to be told to pay 130polish per night.. staff not very helpful and rude resulting into my daughter sleeping on the floor
