Liked: Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and located in a great area, just far enough away from the craziness of the city.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and on the 4th floor there was very loud noise at night like a furnace running. One of the elevators seemed very loud and not smooth.

Disliked: Your staff was not the friendliest at this location. The hotel is amazing. The rooms were bigger than I expected, which is always nice.They came down right at 10:01 and said that they had complaints. I know that’s not true. I don’t think someone was waiting till 10 o’clock exactly to call. When folks are there for a tournament You’re in the middle of a baseball- basketball facility. You have to be prepared for youth and parents hanging out in your lobby .

Disliked: Room echos a lot. Can hear cleaning staff early in the morning’s yelling down the hallways or listening to music
