Parking acam again!

Disliked: 1. 1 of 3 elevators work. And the working elevato, the UP button doesn't work.2. The desk clerk attempted to scam me into paying for overnight parking in a lot that is FREE PARKING. This has happened on every visit to this hotel and it is unacceptable.

Disliked: Paid for a room but wasn't able to stay because when I tried to check in they staff told me I had to pay an additional 250 dollars which I didn't have and refused to give me my refund back. Even though through a third party booking agency it doesn't state on the website about an additional charges I wouldn't have booked the room . A very unhappy customer.

Disliked: I was charged before getting there and then they cancelled my stay and told me to rebook it. So I went somewhere else. The lady at the desk was mean and didn't care at all about this

Disliked: 2 elevators were broken. No housekeeping. You have to ask for fresh towels. We requested coffee creamer which they did not bring. We had to change rooms on the first day because the shower did not work.

Disliked: Not a thing, except bathtub drain was very slow.
