Poor room

Liked: The desk staff was great
Disliked: No ice machine on that floor was working or refrigerator or microwave in room.when asked desk called housekeeping and didn't respond til 2nd call and arrived at my door 6 hours late to see what I wanted and that was at 10pm. Also at check out I was locked out of room and made several trips to desk and redo key card after 3rd trip down they came up with master key to unlock made late late for busses meeting I needed to attend offered Starbucks voucher

Disliked: Very old and ran down, only 1 elevator, 25 to park at the hotel, rooms had no microwave or mini fridge.

Worked for what I needed

Liked: The staff was amazing!!! So helpful and friendly!
Disliked: I didnt like that our room didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave in our room. Our window was frozen in the morning. The carpet needs updated bad. It looked dirty and was coming apart at the seem near our bathroom. Also the fan in our bathroom didn't work
