It was a quiet, peaceful...

Liked: I liked how it was within walking distance of all the historic sites.
Disliked: My key card had problems on one occasion, but the staff member quickly provided me with another one.

Disliked: I was pleased I guess if anything the workout room was alittle scary and messing to me

Great hotel and great staff!

Liked: The location was perfect! We were traveling for a concert and the venue was right across street. There were also tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was great. I was able to leave my car in the garage and walk everywhere I needed to.
Disliked: The only thing was that the fan in our bathroom didn’t work. Everything else was great!

Disliked: It took forever to get hot water. In fact it never really got hot - kind of barely like warm.

Liked: Nothing, disgusting, has not been cleaned, door does not lock. We used furniture to block doors.
Disliked: Everything

Disliked: The restaurant was never open during my stay. And why is it so difficult to get an invoice. You say see the facility, and they say, it wasn't booked through us. See whom you made the reservation with. SMH.
