The worst experience I’ve had...

Disliked: Rude staff Toilets didn’t work. The room smelled of musty, mold, mildew the doors didn’t lock my toilet clogged many times I requested maintenance and maintenance gave me a long time. I’m my staff came up to the room. They handed me a plunger for me to use. it was my birthday I was about to plunge the toilet. I asked for a refund or an upgraded room to change to and it was like pulling teeth. they finally did it and then they said I smoked in my room before which I did not do I’ve never smoked in a room before I don’t smoke in my own home or car They didn’t even tell me they were gonna do it or that they had ran across that it smelled whatever they just charged me and outrageous $280 which then intern bounced checks in my checking account also took the money I was going to use on my birthday to have fun with so it ruined my birthday cost me extra money and frankly I feel like I should take you to small claims court pain and suffering rectified immediately. I will follow up on that and you will be getting reviews blasted all over that are negative. I’ve stayed in this hotel total of four times never had an issue until now And it was uncalled for and rude unprofessional and needs to be rectified immediately. they also had my girlfriend removed by the police when she was on the phone with corporate trying to get a resolution as the managers on site would not do anything for us and we’re avoiding us at all cost Praveen is who I was trying to speak with and they said he showed up and he left and he would be out of town and they couldn’t get a hold of them you should always have management on site at least somebody that you can contact by phone. I don’t know how you run a hotel without some kind of management. I’ve been a management for years. The customers are not always right, but we try to take care of them the best we can regardless this needs to be resolved immediately you can get a hold of me via email Elting 7@gmail.

Comfortable Beds

Liked: The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable! And our floor was nice and quiet.
Disliked: The Sunday morning "buffet" downstairs was sub par. There was no fresh fruit available, the options were very limited and the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were dried out and stale.
