Not worth the money

Liked: Location was great , very close to beaches and shops , restaurants also just a short drive away
Disliked: Hallways and room had a weird smell , room was very dated and dirty in places , lounges where very old and not comfortable , not really worth the money and not what I expected for a resort , was more like a 3 star motel

Disliked: Cleanliness could be improved. C Block smelled heavily of dog/cigarettes possibly. Ensuite very dusty and shower grime.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were lovely and very helpful
Disliked: We returned from dinner on Saturday night to discover an ant infestation coming from the wall. They were all over the kitchen bench. We had to call reception to have someone come up and clean this. Considering we paid $425 it was disappointing that this occurred when we are paying so much money.

Very nice resort

Liked: - amazing pool- comfy room- nice bathroom facilities- 15 minute walk from the main town- free underground car park
Disliked: - our friend underneath had ants in his room- i ordered a pizza via the hotel and didn’t get the 2 garlic breads I ordered. Was able to ask for a refund on check out though.

Really enjoyable

Liked: Rooms were comfy, pillows were a bit too fat but that’s personal preference. Couches comfy! Lots of towels provided!
Disliked: Spa was too cold.I thought my room was to have a full size fridge. I did cooking so the bar fridge was a bit too small. The door of room 148 didn’t shut properly when leaving so if we forgot then it would be opened. Had to make sure it closed properly

Liked: I’ve never in my 35 years of travelling around the world been met with such a beautiful, kind and welcoming team and that truely was extremely memorable and incredible to see.
