Beautiful and Cozy

Liked: I stayed in the Presidential Suite, and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, and it was even bigger than I imagined. I loved the setup in the bathroom. It has a double sink, and the toilet was separated from the shower, which was amazing. I enjoyed the views of the mountain from my balcony.
Disliked: I didn't like that we were told we had to pay $175 to get our bed spread on the mornings. This was my first time experiencing something like this. Whenever I stay at a hotel, whether it's for 1 week or 3 days, housekeeping usually straightens the room and replenish the bathroom with towels at no additional cost.

Liked: The location was convenient to vail
Disliked: The room was extremely hot in the bedroom like the A/C didn’t work and then in the living room it was freezing cold and provided the couch bed with a light blanket. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable on top of not being able to sleep due to how hot the room was. They also did not clean the room.
