Good

Disliked: Check in process was very tedious. Staff just kept trying to sell me a package. Cost for parking was never mentioned during the booking process.

great will stay again

Liked: room was spacious I did not expect such a large one bedroom,one bedroom was fully equipped.
Disliked: parking fee

Stuff not responsive.

Disliked: Smelled like smoke really bad. We called the front desk, but nobody came to check it out.

Liked: I like the bedroom the location
Disliked: A c was not working in my room Called on a disturbance.It took security over an hour to come handle the disturbance

Exceptional

Liked: There was a problem with the first room we checked in to but once I mentioned it to the front desk, the associate by the name of Shoran wasted no time accommodating my family and making sure we were taken care of. He immediately contacted the proper people. We greatly appreciated his service, awesome hospitality skills. They can use more like him at the front desk. Thank you!

Exceptional

Liked: Everything from the checking in with the associate by the name of Michel, he is awesome with great customer service. He made my family, and I feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Superb

Our stay was fantastic and...

Liked: This is the 2nd time within this year we have stayed at this resort. Location was amazing, grounds are very well laid out, everything you need is within close proximity; our accommodations were fabulous, clean and everything is there that you need to include all dishes, cookware, utensils, soaps, shampoos, washer, dryer located in your condo, etc. etc. and of course to top it all off the pool and hot tub were exceptional and staff were very friendly and professional which of course made our vacation exceptionally enjoyable. We will be back! Thank you once again!
Disliked: The only negative point I have is the parking fee, for $20 per day seems a little high to pay on top of the cost of accommodations. I can understand having more than one vehicle to incur a cost but, 20 dollars a day for 1 vehicle in addition to the cost of your accommodations is a lot.
