This establishment sucks!!! Hyatt that...

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel was the heated pool and the location.
Disliked: This location used to be under Wyndham, and when I booked my reservation, that was what it was under. I got an email maybe 2 days before my booking that it was now Hyatt. I booked Wyndham because of my previous experience here, which was great. Under Wyndham, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was complimentary, which is also what it said upon me booking. Under the new company, Hyatt I was told by one front desk Associate that rooms are only serviced every other day (never ever heard of that at any hotel I've stayed in) and I asked that new towels and wash rags be sent up. The trash was never taken out which is what she said they do daily, the room was untouched all day and I had to return to the front desk to get the towels and wash rags that were never sent up. And once I got them, the other front desk associate told me that rooms do get serviced every day. So now I'm like, so the first associate lied to me, and for what...I'll never book at this establishment again. And the north side entry to rooms never locks it says to use key card for entry and it isn't even needed because it's never closed even at night. The worst stay ever!!!!

Thankful for a room but...

Liked: The staff was great! The lady who checked us in was amazing and then on Friday with the fire alarm issue the gentleman at the desk reassigning us rooms was very kind. When we checked out the gentleman there was very nice as well.
Disliked: I didnt like the room accommodations, there was no microwave, the bed was so worn down we could feel the springs, all the rooms seemed rundown and dingy. The first room was a double Queen and I booked a King, the second room was king and had a nice shower but then the third room we finished our stay (due to the South building being flooded after a fire incident at 1am on Friday) was right next to the elevators and was super noisy. The third room also had a slippery shower ( we had to put a towel on the floor to keep from slipping and there were no handrails) the water wouldn’t get fully hot only slightly warm. I also disliked that it didn’t have complimentary breakfast.
