Liked: Clean and friendly

It sucked.

Disliked: They lied about the pool availability, I called a week in advance and was told they were replacing just a part but thought the Monday before. I called the Monday before and was told they were summer prepping and painting the pool and that it would be open our second of third day- which initially I was okayish with since we were visiting kid attractions the full day. The second day of our visit I was told they weren't going to be done for over a week more because the epoxy had to be done at temps of 80*. the breakfast wasn't good. I also was assured my two rooms were joined and they were not. I traveled with several children and it strained the trip, the fire alarm went off within the first ten minutes of arriving and zero explanation whether we needed to evacuate or not. I also was told my two rooms weren't booked during checking. I also didn't have hot water for my shower or in the other room my family were in. The pictures show a bar in the lobby and they were not open either and was told that it was a summer deal only.

Liked: The Breakfast was good and the motel was located in a good location.
Disliked: We didn’t have any hot water in our room. It wasn’t even lukewarm. The Hallway and our room had a weird smell.

Liked: We didn't stay. Nowhere was it posted online that the pool was closed. We booked the place for the pool. I asked to speak to the manager or GM and they said they weren't available until Monday. So, I'll wait for the phone call.
