This was a waste of...

Liked: Everything was closed.. I was disappointed
Disliked: Although a storm had gone through it had completely passed by Thursday which is when we checked in. They kept the pool area closed all day Friday and half the day Saturday.. when they finally opened the pool Saturday only one of the pools was opened. Even the indoor pool was closed as well

Had such a wonderful time

Liked: Plenty of activities, close to restaurants and very clean. Everybody had wristbands to get in and out of everything instead of keeping up with a key. Pool activities and DJ was fun. Had such a beautiful view . Shift manager brought us down from 20th floor to tenth floor.
Disliked: Booking.com didn’t let us know that there was an extra $300 worth of fees and deposits that is charged and must be paid at the time of check in

Tired facility

Liked: Right on the beach. Close to the airport. Outdoor pools were very nice.
Disliked: Time share pitch at checkin. Continuing via calls and texts trying to schedule presentation. Loud music and smoking at pool. Very tired room.

This is the 3rd year...

Liked: The room was very nice. The pool was good plenty for my Grandson to do

Liked: Everyone was very friendly from check in to check out. Absolutely will be back. Loved everything about it! Will definitely be back.

Could have been a lot...

Liked: The pools, the property, and most of the staff were all amazing. Location can’t be beat! The room had some issues though. Cabinet doors in the bathroom were falling off. The sliding glass doors to balcony got off track and we had to have them come fix it in the middle of cooking dinner. This was extra stressful with a toddler.. Also the air conditioner quit the last night and it was an absolutely miserable night w little sleep, which did not make it fun traveling back home the next day. When I let the front desk know while checking out, he apologized but didn’t offer any kind of discount or coupon for another time. I actually think he couldn’t have cared less.. so mixed emotions about this one. :/
Disliked: Should have been compensated for the last night as it was a miserable night.or at least an offer for another stay.

The entire family enjoyed ourselves....

Liked: It was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The entire family had a really good time.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like about the property. Everything was great.
