Liked: Staff was very pleasure.
Disliked: The bathtub did not have a working stopper. Remodel needed.

Liked: I liked the Cleanest, security and hospitality.I would have loved to have had a microwave and miniature refrigerator in our room. I understood some of the rooms had those amenities, because we didn’t pay the price that the other rooms paid we didn’t have use of those 2 items.It would be nice to include it in all of your rooms, no matter what the price you are paying.

Disliked: I didn’t like there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room, also while I was there the ice machine was not working, so that was an inconvenience as well

Good location in the French...

Liked: French Quarter and Canal St. location near sights, transportation, shopping and food. The high floor room had a nice unobstructed city view towards the north which offset having to switch elevators once to get there. Mr. Ed's the adjoining restaurant had good food, reasonable prices, and nice atmosphere and opened earlier than most places nearby. Pool was nice for swimming for exercise. Comfortable bed and pillows. In-room coffee maker and mini refrigerator were convenient. Air conditioning was reasonably quiet, easy to set, and worked well. Plenty of drawers and hangers for clothes and other belongings. TV remote was easy to use and sufficient channels were available.
Disliked: The block near the hotel entrance is a little run down and the sidewalk is very narrow and has some deep potholes. But once you walk one block from there towards the French Quarter, Royal St. becomes really nice. The ice machine was directly outside the room and could be heard from inside the hotel room.

Great location for the price

Liked: It's a great location, but that makes getting down these one-way streets to the hotel difficult sometimes. Pretty quiet.

Superb

Liked: Very convenient location. Pretty much next to everything you’ll need. Quiet rooms and great AC. No one bothered us and they kept everything tidy.
Disliked: Shower way too slippery. Maybe add a ramp closer to where you step in. Slipped and hurt myself pretty bad.
