I had prepaid for the room back in November. I couldn’t make it to the concert so I gave my tickets and my room to my son. I called the hotel on 3/27/24 and talked to Pam. She said my son could take over the room since it was paid in full. He just needed a card and would be charged a $50 deposit. When my son got to the hotel, James was very rude and said that the room wasn’t paid for and that they needed a card for $278. I tried explaining it to him on the phone and told him what Pam said but he wasn’t having it. So I hung up and called the hotel and talked to Anna and she said that everything was good and apologized for the trouble. Then when my son went to check out they wouldn’t let him. They said he owed for the room because it wasn’t paid for. What the hell???? Terrible service and they don’t know what they are doing. I feel I should get a full refund for all the trouble they gave us. We will not be back!

Disliked: Told we could not get a printed receipt at checkout because we booked through Priceline. My husband needs that receipt to get reimbursed.

The room was impeccable, very well appointed. Staff was extremely professional. I will certainly return! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Mostly great - we love...

Liked: Wonderful experience compared to other hotels post-COVID. We went there with family to visit the John Deere Pavilion and extended family. Great location and friendly staff.
Disliked: We really wanted a fun swimming experience for our grandkids. A girls hockey tournament of players filled the hotel — mostly (90%) fine. However there was a gaggle of unchaperoned kids in the pool area (10 kids aged 7-11ish) who dampened our fun with our littles—also, no pool towels (even though I asked twice) and the pool bathroom was closed (think of the water quality in the pool). Sooo…all that compromised our experience.
