I had prepaid for the room back in November. I couldn’t make it to the concert so I gave my tickets and my room to my son. I called the hotel on 3/27/24 and talked to Pam. She said my son could take over the room since it was paid in full. He just needed a card and would be charged a $50 deposit. When my son got to the hotel, James was very rude and said that the room wasn’t paid for and that they needed a card for $278. I tried explaining it to him on the phone and told him what Pam said but he wasn’t having it. So I hung up and called the hotel and talked to Anna and she said that everything was good and apologized for the trouble. Then when my son went to check out they wouldn’t let him. They said he owed for the room because it wasn’t paid for. What the hell???? Terrible service and they don’t know what they are doing. I feel I should get a full refund for all the trouble they gave us. We will not be back!

Disliked: Told we could not get a printed receipt at checkout because we booked through Priceline. My husband needs that receipt to get reimbursed.

The room was impeccable, very well appointed. Staff was extremely professional. I will certainly return! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Disliked: Spa/ hot tub was not open past 10pm. Didn't get to use it. It was my wife's birthday and we got there at 920pm after dinner.

Disliked: Dirty carpet, hair all around the shower drain, burnt out lights ,I called the front desk to ask for someone to come with a light bulb to replace above the jacuzzi, and I was told I was not going to get one because their is no one working , Also the counter by the coffee maker was full of a sticky type substance that I had to clean up,because their were ants everywhere, the front desk didn't seem to mind when they were told about the filthy problems in the room

Liked: Elevators were fast. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: Pool facilities. Broken hot tub, heating system for pool broken or not turned on. Pool furniture collapsed and much of it looked lit it was about to.
