Disappointed

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was awesome. The restaurant was good.
Disliked: Rude customer service. The refrigerator and microwave didn't work.Additional charge ( explained as incidental hold)

Liked: The staff particularly the front desk girl was so sweet and ready to help.
Disliked: Both times that I have used Booking to reserve a room at this hotel the rooms never been the same room that was described. We wanted an executive sweet with 2 queen beds we got 1 king bed. Not great when you have a family of 5

That said, the space itself...

Liked: Very welcoming and hospitable space. From the energy that I felt walking in, to the staff, and the space in general.
Disliked: My experience at this establishment was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room and had to request to be moved to the correct one. To make matters worse, I was charged extra despite already making a payment for my stay. The staff blamed the issue on the third-party booking site, claiming it wasn’t their fault the proper details weren’t communicated. This excuse did not make the situation any less frustrating. I will be following up to see if a reimbursement is possible, as the poor communication and handling of the matter left much to be desired.

Disliked: Problem with keywords. Couldn't use the pool until very late at night. Problem with our TV. Had a bar of soap stuck in the toilet when we arrived.

Wyndham exceeded expectations

Liked: A clean hotel, updated, suite was delightful, quiet, staff super helpful. Amazing location. Great stay!
