Liked: The location close to downtown.
Disliked: No ice or snack machines in the building. Property is being, it was difficult to get around no signage.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: We started in a ground floor room overlooking construction. Dark and not at all what I had requested. I called front desk and an associate moved us to the top floor. We didn't have a view of anything special but at least we had sun and fresh air with the windows open. I called and thanked the front desk after we settled in as I really appreciated being able to move.
Disliked: Just the check out time. 10:00 Am is very early for checkout.

We stayed at the Club...

Liked: The facility was very nice and the room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and the view of the harbor was great.
Disliked: It seemed like the walls between the rooms were very thin. At times we could hear very clearly the people in rooms on either side of us talking and late at night we could hear them too.

Disappointing

Liked: Location ok
Disliked: We were there for 5 nights no one changed out towles. When we asked for someone to give us more towles and take wet towles no one came.

Bad

Liked: Place looked nice and the location next to perotti park was great for festival.
Disliked: They didn't have a room for me even though I booked a year in advance. Ended up having to get a room the next city over. Ruined the weekend.
