Liked: The facilities were nice and convenient to where we needed to be. The service in the bar and lounge area was absolutely horrible! We had waited at a table and then stood at the bar almost 20 minutes and there was literally no one around! We saw the manger, I’m assuming, say to an employee who was sitting at one of the tables “you need to look after the bar”. The employee stood up and disappeared, to only reappear like 10 minutes later. Meanwhile, many people standing around waiting for service. We ended up leaving and going across the street for food and drinks.

My stay at the hotel...

Liked: What I needed was a room for disabled spouse with wheelchair. The bed was very high, so I brought the stepper for her to step up to get into the bed. She had a stroke three years ago. She is coming along the bathroom was great. We came to see the performance of Noah at the Sight and Sound Theater. The location was great and convenient. Hopefully when another show premieres We would like to book with Wyndham. We did not use the pool and I filled out survey for it instead of being asked if I would be using the facility?
Disliked: We did not use the pool, and instead of asking if we would like to use it here are rules. The brief elevator going down the room was a surprise?

Price Rip Off

Liked: The hotel didn’t return my deposit because the said the reservation was made through a third-party and the third-party is responsible for the deposit being refunded to the customer.

I will go back in...

Disliked: Cleanliness of the hotel was not great at all when I approached staff about my concerns. The only thing they wanted to accommodate was changing my room at 8:30 at night and said they couldn’t do anything else, I mentioned to them that the pool area was completely disgusting. The staff didn’t acknowledge anything about the pool area. Nothing was kept up with at that point. I just wanted a refund and to check out.

Liked: Hotel was clean. Price was good. A/C worked well.
Disliked: Bed was really firm
