Disliked: We booked 4 rms for 2 nights for 8 adults. Upon arrival we stopped in at hotel to see if our rms. were ready. We were informed we would have to pay $50. Per room for early check in. Never heard such a thing. Other hotels give you rooms that are ready We booked 3 rms. With double beds and 1 king rm. we received 2 rms with doubles and 2 rms with Kings. When questioned their response was we went through bookings.com. They couldn’t guarantee rooms. We were informed our rooms had lovely patios. lol. It was 18 degrees outside The rooms did not have extra blankets, soap and shampoo did not even lather up, one room the security door between their room and a strangers was broken , forget about trying to hang up a towel. No hooks! The heat was warm till it hit the temp. Then blew out cold air, one room only had warm water to shower and one guest is still waiting for her email receipt. No complimentary water or coffee in lobby. You are more or less told to purchase at the Starbucks in lobby. $$$$ and Luke warm coffee. We went in to check out the breakfast buffet. 21.00 so not worth it. Staff that checked us in also worked the Starbucks coffee. No personality to the staff, no uniforms. One even had pajama pants on . Sweatshirts . Attire totally unprofessional. All 8 of us were very sorry we stayed at Wyndham in Lancaster.
