Liked: The property is located near restaurants and shopping centers.
Disliked: The fact that breakfast wasn't provide

Location was wonderful, staff was...

Liked: WE did not have breakfast. Location and staff. The bed was wonderful. The room, painting, etc. appeared a bit worn. but it was very clean . the water pressure was weak.
Disliked: Renovation of the rooms/bathrooms would be nice. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel.

I’ll find somewhere else next...

Disliked: A C parts were on the floor and tv remote didn’t work.

Superb

Liked: Location was central to anything you could need in Lake Charles. Property was accommodating. Comfy and spacious room. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Walls in the facility were a little bit thin so you could here anything and everything that was going on on every side of us. The vending machines were all empty and paying $3.00 for a small soda or water got quite costly.

Hotel is conveniently located and...

Disliked: Other than convenience to our activities for 3 days, the main reason we booked our group here was for the restaurant and bar that was promoted in their material. We were very disappointed to find it closed most morning for breakfast and bar closed in evening. I suspect staffing issues but hire some people if you offer these amenities.
