Superb
Liked: Location was central to anything you could need in Lake Charles. Property was accommodating. Comfy and spacious room. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Walls in the facility were a little bit thin so you could here anything and everything that was going on on every side of us. The vending machines were all empty and paying $3.00 for a small soda or water got quite costly.

Hotel is conveniently located and...
Disliked: Other than convenience to our activities for 3 days, the main reason we booked our group here was for the restaurant and bar that was promoted in their material. We were very disappointed to find it closed most morning for breakfast and bar closed in evening. I suspect staffing issues but hire some people if you offer these amenities.

Pleasant
Liked: I liked the hotel, it was a great price and location. After being out all day, we go back to the hotel, only to find that we're unable to get in our room. Advised the front desk, and everything was done to try and get us in our room, but with no success. We were then put in another room on the same floor at no extra charge, and we were not even charged for the night for the "disaster" as I called it. Thank you Wyndham for getting us back in our original room so we could shower and change clothes and get our Med's, and make it right. We'll definitely stay here again, Thank You!!

A very good place to...
Liked: Nothing fancy, but everything was very comfortable. I would gladly stay again. Available luggage carts were nice.
Disliked: Not even any small problems.

Overall, my mother enjoyed her...
Liked: It was pretty quiet during my one night stay. I love to workout and the fitness room was well equipped . The size of the room was great and the hot water was a plus.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that after I used the online check in which cost a $1 to shorten the time at the front desk, I still end up having to wait probably even longer at the front desk because that person didn’t know too much about the system. She kept having excuses on why it was taking so long to give me the key cards that my disable mother had to take a seat in the waiting room because of that fact. Finally after getting the key cards, I went to the room which was the exact room I selected ( first floor, close to the front, and with roll in shower for my mother) but the key cards wouldn’t work. So I had to go back to the front desk to wait some more to find another room to accommodate my mother because the lady didn’t know how to use this equipment to open the room door( to replace the batteries )and the maintenance guy wasn’t there to do so. So I had two options either get a room on the third floor ( which I didn’t want) or a room on the second floor with a tub with assist bars. After having my mother see if the room fitted her needs, a chose the second floor room. But that is not all, a little while later someone was trying to open the door. They kept trying their key card to get in and the reason they couldn’t get in was because my mother also used the upper two locks to lock the door. I had to yell out that the room was occupied. Story goes on. The room phone rings and it’s the front desk and she states. “I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize she put you in this room. I apologize. So sorry” and hangs up ( immediately after I said it was alright). They have a restaurant called Kim’s in the hotel and I wish they had free breakfast .

Bad
Liked: A refunded was given tp me for both rooms that was already paod for thru klarna app using a 3rd paryy Expedia. Its been since November 30th and i have yet to get that refund. A niece helpful yoing lady by the name of Emily jas attempt to clear the issue but as of now, it still havent not been granted.
Disliked: Service was horri le by April at the fromt desk and lack of any help besides emily to try and correct the issue on hand.
