Liked: It wasn’t far from the event that I was going to
Disliked: The TV did not work in the room. We called down to the front desk over 5 times and no one came. The front desk stop answering our calls. We went downstairs to tell them and still nothing was done! The front desk lady was not helpful at all. Also mildew was on the shower walls

Liked: It was convenient and easy to find
Disliked: Well it was redone and not very good lights in the bathroom flashed on and off, they poured paint in the tub it looked awful, staines on the floor in the rooms and hallways the dry walling looked awful.

Disliked: They didn’t have soap in the shower. The cook wasn’t there for the breakfast. The room was hot.

Disliked: Was assigned a room the heat did not work. Was given another room. The room smelled very stale. The shower had dirt and grime in the the edges of it. Room didn’t look very clean. Very disappointing.

Liked: The staff was friendly, helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The floor in the room felt unleveled, it kind of had an old smell to it and the bath tub looked like it had some black buildup around it.
