Extremely cold room, great location

Liked: The location is excellent as the hotel is right next to the central railway station. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was extremely cold. I called the reception to ask if it is possible to turn on the heating and they told me to go downstrairs to get a portable heater… The heater was very small and did not work properly. And it was not allowed to leave the heater on for the night so the room was very cold.

Good location and affordable prices.

Liked: The receptionist was very kind to us and explained were we can park the car and also he brings a bed for our child for free. The rooms are bigger than expected and equipped with everything you need. The beds linen and mattresses are very very comfortable. We slept really well there. Its quite in the room even with opened windows. Thank you.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit expensive. With half money you can eat outside some coffee with sandwiches.

Good and bad

Liked: Comfortable bed a good location for us just outside train station - good shower etc
Disliked: Room a little tired, wall scrapes marks bits of wall paper missing etc - most staff lovely but we arrived early after overnight train , to drop bags before going for breakfast and recieved a very frosty reception from staff member

Terrible

Liked: The location was great for visiting the sites.
Disliked: The hotel advertises it has a restaurant and bar. Breakfast was $22 Euros per person, or $17 Euros per person if booked by 9 PM the night before. Restaurant was only open for breakfast. When we asked about the Bar Hours we were told that they only open the Bar for special occasions such as Carneval. At Check In we were asked which days we would like our room serviced. The first day it was to be serviced, it was not. Even though we came back to the hotel around 1 PM and found our room not done, we asked at the Reception and the clerk advised it would be done by 3 PM. When we returned around 5 PM, we found our room unserviced. Called the Reception and they only offered us clean towels. Room was hot and the thermostat only allowed hot air to be pumped into the room. We tried to keep the windows open, however the street noise made it impossible to sleep. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated so much that we usually had cold showers. One second the water was warm, next it was cold. Not a good stay.
