Good location & view. Comfortable...
Liked: Very comfortable suite with all the amenities you need. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to find parking on the premises (we stayed there in early November). Totally recommend.

Liked: The view was great! Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Noise from hallway and adjoining rooms heard through walls. Parking was limited.

Perfect location and views, cant...
Liked: Loved the location and the view. We were only there for two nights so we didnt get to participate in the resort activities- maybe next time.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is that the AC unit is in the kitchen/pull out bed area and not in the main bedroom. Thankfully, we came during a cooler time of year so that wasnt a huge deal.

Mildew and weird smells in...
Liked: Great location and great roof deck. We didn’t use the pool but families with young children seemed to enjoy it, and not many Newport hotels have a pool. Parking was onsite and free.
Disliked: We had 2 rooms and one smelled like mildew and one weirdly smelled like maple syrup. I also didn’t like the setup as the A/C was only in the living room and therefore the bedroom was hard to cool down. The room looked a little rundown and needed some maintenance on the window controls. We will NOT be returning to this hotel.
