Check in was at 3 pm which was ridiculous. Reserved a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes - even the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Tried to order room service for breakfast but no one answered so we had to drive and find somewhere to eat. For the amount we paid for one night I think it was a rip off - totally disappointed with our stay. The staff were friendly - the only positive I noted.

Disliked: A/C in room didn't work, Got moved to a 2nd room and once again it wasn't cool. Got move to a third room and it finally cooled off after about 30 minutes.

Disliked: I was not aware parked would be charged at $30 per day. Also, public parking was made available to rodeo event and parking for guests was minimal I was not aware that there would be a $16 charge per person buffet which was mediocre. $4.00 coffee in lobby was not goodStaff did not even thank us for staying We just checked out and left. I would not stay here again. Or recommend.

Disliked: Horrible for wheelchair individuals!! The ramp to the building was tore up, door way threshold was hard to roll a wheelchair over, non automatic outside door hard to maneuver, bathroom shower water was extremely hot (scalding) and would go from freezing cold to scalding hot.
