Check in was at 3 pm which was ridiculous. Reserved a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes - even the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Tried to order room service for breakfast but no one answered so we had to drive and find somewhere to eat. For the amount we paid for one night I think it was a rip off - totally disappointed with our stay. The staff were friendly - the only positive I noted.

Disliked: I didn’t like anything about the property it was moldy, the patio door to the room was open when I got in the room. It felt creepy. I asked for a refund and found another place to stay. It was not safe environment

Liked: Have stayed here many years love the location and the ease of getting to the stock show
Disliked: Due to a problem, which was not the hotel’s fault I had to book an extra day at the beginning of my stay. I wanted to make sure I could stay in the same room. Everyone I talked to was extremely pleasant and assured me that that could be done, however I had to talk to six people because as the next shift came on apparently there was poor communication no communication or miscommunication Because it was a nightmare. It all worked out fine and we had a great time, but it was very stressful for a while.

Disliked: We had an unusual situation and I had to repeat my story to six different people. Every one of them said no problem but then when I have the next one came on duty, it was a problem. It was very stressful when I’m trying to get small children and cows ready to show at the stock show I do not need. Do you have to keep dealing with the situation that was supposed to be dealt with weeks before I got here

Liked: Perfect location close to conference Great staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Bar was closed. Was charged 25.00 for breakfast. We didn't eat breakfast but got 1 piece of toast and was charged an additional 7.50! 32.50 for 1 slice of toast is pretty ridiculous!
