Check in was at 3 pm which was ridiculous. Reserved a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes - even the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Tried to order room service for breakfast but no one answered so we had to drive and find somewhere to eat. For the amount we paid for one night I think it was a rip off - totally disappointed with our stay. The staff were friendly - the only positive I noted.

Liked: The location to NRG stadium was excellent, only a 5 minute walk.The breakfast in the morning was good and well priced at 14 per person as well.
Disliked: The. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation, the bathroom shower was most concerning. The Airconditioner was barely keeping up and the blower fan was noisy

Disliked: The room had no mini fridge and I didn’t realize that. The tv was so staticky we had to go get a Roku to watch shows.

Disliked: Your lobby smells like mildew and mold. There was no hot water for my shower. It got warm but not hot and after traveling all I wanted was a hot shower. I had to turned as far as it would go but only got warm. Your rooms need to be remodeled as the decoration is outdated. You need to install sound proof windows bc it was so loud being next to the highway. I have stayed in hotels next to a highway and they were not this loud. You need better insulation. I will say your staff is friendly
