Check in was at 3 pm which was ridiculous. Reserved a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes - even the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Tried to order room service for breakfast but no one answered so we had to drive and find somewhere to eat. For the amount we paid for one night I think it was a rip off - totally disappointed with our stay. The staff were friendly - the only positive I noted.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located across the street from NRG Stadium and an easy walk.
Disliked: The television wasn't clear. Upon arrival the bathroom sink was leaking. There were no overhead lights in the room. The furniture needs to be updated.

Disliked: For that price major updates needed!! Tv was horrible shower head broken wouldn’t turn down ! the bed mattress had a hole in it we kept rolling into each other for that price only being able to park there for the game is the plus !

Disliked: The hotel rooms could use a serious upgrade. The bathrooms had mold, and the tubs are permanently stained. Every night when we walked in the lobby it reeked of a gas smell.
