Liked: The room and bed was pretty clean and relaxing. I like the location overall too. Some good food spots right next door! Easy check in and out as well.

Disliked: From when I walked in the door, the customer service was horrible. I checked in. They told me I had to pay for parking when I booked. It didn’t say anything about paying for parking when my husband walked in Geo, who was taking care of us was emphasizing the no smoking policy in the room and I just think it’s because my husband came in from smoking, which is very rude. We know you can’t smoke in the room. The bathtub did not drain properly while taking a shower we had to turn off the water to let the water go down in the tub and then turn it back on to continue the shower. I will never in life stay there again horrible horrible experience.
