Liked: Location was great for Disney attractions.Great property for families with young kids. I wish they had better food options

Great pools. Near all parks.

Liked: Friendly staff, several restaurant options. Location is very close to Disney Springs with a shuttle available. Nice heated pools, hot tubs. Shared resort space offers options of lazy river and water slide, walk around lake.
Disliked: Spa very simple- steam room, hot tub and relaxation room. No sauna. Steam rooms are in locker room. Cannot go as a couple. Too expensive for day pass.

Liked: The property was beautiful and had everything to offer. The pools were fantastic and the food was yummy!
Disliked: I spent two hours locked out of my room as the key card reader battery was dead and it took forever for security and the electrician to come. Then happened again the next day as it was never properly fixed. Definitely wasted a lot of time waiting in the hallway for two days.

Disliked: With the cold weather wave the heating system did not meet the scope, all the hotel was cold, fortunate the serviceman was very capable, he managed to to seal 90% of the recirculating air so the temperature was better, my wife get sick
