The hotel looks really nice...

Liked: The beds were comfortable especially the pillows. Close to Disney Springs.
Disliked: The room was not feel clean. We found hairs in the shower that were not ours.

Liked: Excellent location and the Wyndham complex as a whole was very good indeed. The only real issue for us was finding sun loungers which could often be hard, the pool towels weren’t great either, other than that we’d stay here again.

Fun and comfortable family vacation

Liked: Clean, comfortable and great pools. No chair saving at 0600 by the pools. Close to Disney parks. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Buffet for kids was expensive. Back Bay restaurant food wasn’t very good. Housekeeping was great, then it wasn’t. No toilet paper refilled, no towel changes, didn’t change the sheets, did scrub the toilet. Disney shuttle bus driver (day shift) was gruff and rude.

Liked: We ate at Back Bay and it was great. Staff & food & drinks all great!We ate breakfast at Tesoro Cove and the breakfast was great & the Staff was awesome.We spent day at pool and is fun. We also walked around the path where we saw fish & cute Becky ducks. It was good exercise.Last but not least we ate dinner at Deep Blu seafood restaurant and the food was delicious! Their staff was awesome!
