Liked: Our stay was absolutely awsome! Kris Asi made sure that I had a fabulous birthday. The valet guys helped us watch for our carriage ride and the limousine was an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, but the staff was just the best. My husband can't stop talking about how great everyone was. He said that he is going to tell everyone that the Renassance is THE place to stay in OKC. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

Our stay was peaceful and...

Liked: My boyfriend and I stayed for one night for his birthday. I loved how the hotel was close (walking distance) to the OKC Thunder arena, which is why we travelled to OKC. Staff was friendly, and experience we got was very valued at the price. Valet services was super friendly!
Disliked: One time the valet took around 35 minutes to get our car. I believe it was just a miscommunication with the staff. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The bar closed too early, the food was NOT good, towels smelled horrendous, staff was no where to be seen. You have to request every little thing on your phone ( new towels, old towels taken away, toilet paper, rooms cleaned, bed re-mades )rooms were ok but not overly clean.

Disliked: The cleanliness of this hotel was unacceptable. The bathroom in my room was dirty, with hair on the floor from previous guests, rust in the bathtub, and bathroom floors that looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed in forever—completely unhygienic. To make matters worse, only one elevator was working during my entire stay, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.Cleanliness and maintenance should always be a top priority, and this experience fell far short of basic expectations.
