Great! Awesome! Fabulous!

Liked: Our stay was absolutely awsome! Kris Asi made sure that I had a fabulous birthday. The valet guys helped us watch for our carriage ride and the limousine was an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, but the staff was just the best. My husband can't stop talking about how great everyone was. He said that he is going to tell everyone that the Renassance is THE place to stay in OKC. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

Liked: Close to the convention center.
Disliked: It was quite outdated for the pricing.

High quality hotel in good...

Liked: Very nice room in a very fine hotel. Really difficult to fault anything within the hotel, and handily placed for the Bricktown area a short walk away which has good bars and restaurants. Oklahoma City Bomb Memorial also within walking distance.
Disliked: As a foot tourist using Amtrak and internal flights, one member of staff didn't seem to appreciate or care that much that I might need help booking a taxi to the local airport. Thankfully trying again with a colleague I was successful and they booked me with Syadur Rahman +1 (929) - 421 - 5574, who provided excellent service with a smile.

Liked: Elevators where great
Disliked: The ice machine was out of ice on the 4th floor so I went to the 3rd floor and it was out also. Went to front desk and they told me to go to the bar and get ice the guy at the bar told me to try the other floors because he wouldn’t be there all night but he did give me ice. Also the hot tub wasn’t working Friday night

Liked: Central location meeting our needs.
Disliked: Problem with loud neighbours during the night resulted in having to go down to concierge as the front desk phone only went to an AI generated line that hung up on us. This was very disappointing. Also, on departure the valet took three attempts to bring the correct car (please note this is a third party service).

Liked: I ordered my own breakfast from the restaurant.It was good.
Disliked: The traffic noise, the toilet water running all night in room 809, cracked sink in the bathroom.We had requested one handicap friendly room that we didn’t get at first. Then after talking to the front desk we were able to change the room.

Great stay

Liked: Excellent location, very clean facilities, and friendly staff
Disliked: No USB charging ports in room. The plug one in lamp wasn't working.
