The staff was very friendly. Britanny was especially hospitable by offering us an upgraded room (since they weren't overly busy) and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a special added touch!

Liked: The room was great - heart shaped jacuzzi!
Disliked: Clarity on the original price for the room. I saw it advertized as $67 plus tax and thought the final total was $76. It was actually $76 plus tax which was a surprise. But they had given us an upgrade when we arrived so it certainly was worth $94. total.

The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair. Amenities were good. An enjoyable stay.

Liked: I will definitely be back. There is a casino and easy access to the convention center, which is very nice, with many restaurants and shops. I booked a room without a view of the waterfalls. But I was able to enjoy the sunset from my window. It was great. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. There are breakfast options like Starbucks.

Liked: Off site parking made it a value play as i have stayed several times nearby to access the OLG theatre more easily.The food court in the lower level is ideal for grabbing a nice dinner and retreat to your room.Top marks for this facility
Disliked: Car parking has become a mystery in Niagara overall, you dont't get the outrages price of any highend Fallsview hotels til your ready to park
