Comfortable beds, good location, friendly...

Liked: We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4 adult-sized humans and it was larger and more comfortable than we had hoped. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. If you don't mind a little walk, we found it better to walk to the strip rather than take the shuttle (we tried both walking and the shuttle). The beds were comfortable and we got a decent rest here. Despite the colder weather the pool and hot tub were open outside with life guards.
Disliked: As others have mentioned the timeshare sales people after check-in can be a real pain and time-waster. I had to refuse many times before we finally got our bracelets. The shuttle waits can be long and the shuttle overcrowded. We timed it, and it was faster to walk. We were told some things were free at check-in that were not free.

Disliked: Hotel cancelled our reservation in a last minute and didn’t respond to any questions about it. Really poor customer service.

Liked: Huge apartment overlooking the pool. Washer, dryer and washing powder provided. Tv in lounge and in the bedroom.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was perfect

Liked: Free daily drinks in Lobby bar!! Free shuttle to The Strip (not really needed)
Disliked: Quite pushy Timeshare staff as part of your check-in process, you have to see them to get your wristbands that give you keyless access to lifts and pool areas but they don't pounce on you in the Lobby like some hotels do.
