Disliked: Very little drawer and closet space, extreme traffic around property. No available chairs at pool, did not get the room I reserved and paid for. Billing issue not resolved.

Liked: Great location and beautiful beach and pool area. Hotel was clean and had good service and amenities.
Disliked: The elevators were packed on the weekend and took a while to catch.

Liked: The pool was nice and the hotel is close enough to the beach (it is not exactly a beach front property).
Disliked: We were woken up by an alarm clock set to 6am on a Sunday! When we mentioned it to the front desk, they did not apologize and said something about housekeeping messing with it. Sleep is so important and that was unacceptable.

I would stay here again!

Liked: The property was clean and had such a fun vacation atmosphere! In addition there was a fresh clean smell throughout the property!

Liked: Upscale look and feel, comfy bed, great location
Disliked: $35 per 3 days facilities fee doesn’t sit well considering we only effectively had two days to enjoy the beach and the beach was so crowded that we opted for the pool anyway. Why is it that we can be out all day and when it’s time to come in to get ready for our evening dinner the room still isn’t serviced?
