Clean room. Professional front desk...

Liked: Max at front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. Location was perfect for us. Room was clean. Plenty of room to sit in the breakfast area.
Disliked: Facilities were shabby. They appeared to be in the process of renovation and maybe updates. Several lobby areas seemed questionable about their purpose. Parking lot, pool, and land surrounding looked neglected. No hangers in the room but there was a furniture piece to hang clothes on but with no hooks. The only room sink was outside of the toilet/shower room... awkward.. No exhaust fan in the toilet/shower area. Breakfast was minimal at best. Very disappointed with this Wyndham property.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Shower had no place to put shampoo and vacuuming pieces were found in the room. Also no fridge and when front desk was told they seemed shocked but did nothing to remedy it.

Liked: Bed was comfortable the AC was cold
Disliked: The hallways are spooky looking the elevator is extremely old and scary the curtain had cigarette burns and dirty looking stains on it the doors need to be updated

Liked: Front desk staff were great. Breakfast was excellent over the weekend, scaled back a little during the week but understandable since much less people in the hotel during the week. Room was clean, loved the Smart TV, and well equipped.
Disliked: I extended a day and a good 2 hrs after doing so, I was getting ready to take my dog out and I heard the door unlock - door opens and it's a young boy checking to see if I was checking out. The following morning, I had locked my keys in my vehicle and had been working on that but was still on schedule to check out by 11. Get a knock on the door around 10:30 asking if I was checking out. I travel extensively and these are the kinds of things that really make me angry. The front desk should be communicating people who extend their stay to the housekeeping staff but if they don't or if housekeeping needs to know they can reach out to the front desk. I understand you want to clean the room, but parking the cart outside of the room, having a group of you congregating in the hallway, and knocking on the door 30 min before checkout is just a passive, back-handed way to telling a guest to "hurry up and get the hell out". So again, excellent stay and hats off to the front desk staff. I didn't ding the entire hotel in the review or take away from my rating......it just housekeepers do that rarely but it's something that drives me insane.

Liked: The cost of the room, clean, comfy bed, super nice staff
Disliked: The heat in the room didn't work. Never got hot and would make knocking sound. So we turned it off and room felt good. Especially after our hot showers, the room warmed up
