Bad. Very bad.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Was assigned an occupied room. The A/C leaked soaking the the carpeting in the AM. Room missing a wash cloth. The hotel offered a "hot breakfast." At 07:00, there were sausage patties. Cereal but no milk. Bagels but no cream cheese. No tea. Only one working ice machine (4th floor) and the signs on the out of service ones were no help.

You can tell it was an older motel because of the musty smell. But it was OK for the price.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The cubicle room that we had. The room next to us - the door was right next to ours. You could hear everything from the next room.

The staff was wonderful. Very, very pleased with everything.

Liked: Very nice in the heart of downtown and very very reasonable prices considering.
Disliked: A better breakfast would be nice but the Continental was fine.

Disliked: Breakfast there wasn't any when we went down twice, so didn't get to eat :(

As soon as we walked...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: As soon as we walked into our room, I took my shoes off & stepped in a soaked puddle on the carpet in front of the AC unit. My husband pulled back the curtain to find a large crack in the wall, a soaking wet towel on the window sill.. ect. It was gross. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. My towel had makeup on it.

We enjoyed our stay!!

Disliked: Had a loud neighbor but can't win them all!

Very unpleasant staff was not...

Liked: Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Front desk could have handled their situation better. At the time system was down, I work night shift 7AM to 7PM and was told to keep checking back to extend throughout the morning, this is the time I need to be asleep for work. Checked back multiple times still not working said to check back again, ended up having to book a different location and wasting my rest time for work.
