Bad. Very bad.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Was assigned an occupied room. The A/C leaked soaking the the carpeting in the AM. Room missing a wash cloth. The hotel offered a "hot breakfast." At 07:00, there were sausage patties. Cereal but no milk. Bagels but no cream cheese. No tea. Only one working ice machine (4th floor) and the signs on the out of service ones were no help.

You can tell it was an older motel because of the musty smell. But it was OK for the price.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The cubicle room that we had. The room next to us - the door was right next to ours. You could hear everything from the next room.

The staff was wonderful. Very, very pleased with everything.

Liked: The location is close to downtown.
Disliked: The rooms had broken or missing amenities, i was charged $5 per day to park in the lot next to the hotel ( where homeless people wondering around and (I was approached by one for money)), breakfast area had food warmers but was told they didn't have food for the guest ( only cereal, waffles and bread items to serve, was charged 2 times for my room so i had money on hold for that and a room deposit, Broken furniture ( I paid extra for a room that showed a larger table and chairs in the photo, when i arrived, I was told they don't have rooms like that), so our sofa sleeper couldn't be used ( I was tired of moving to other rooms so we all slept where ever we could be comfortable. Horrible visit over all.

Liked: Very horrible place to stay, very dirty, spit on the walls , crack heads walking in and out.
Disliked: Everything, staff was unprofessional, room was disgusting, split on the walls, hair in the bed and bath room.

Disliked: Very low pressure of hot water in the shower in our room. A friend said her room does not have hot water at all from the shower so she was not able to take a shower before the event. The outlet for hair dryer was also removed so you can’t use it.

Liked: The breakfast was good, and some of the people were nice. That was about as good as it got though.
Disliked: The building looked very uncared for. Outlets looked burnt out, and there were cracks everywhere. The staff struggled with the system, so every time I went to the front desk, I had to wait at least an hour. We found two bed bugs in our room. Luckily, we were moved, but the room did not look much better. At least we didn't find any in there though.
