Liked: Hot tub
Disliked: I went to take a shower and ran out of hot water except in hot tub plenty of hot water, then microwave didn't work , ice machines and elevator was broken down only real plus was hot tub

Liked: Liked everything about the hotel!
Disliked: Did not like that the hot tub was down over the weekend we stayed.

Liked: That the price was fair enough for me boyfriend to take my two kids here to celebrate my daughter's 13 birthday
Disliked: Our first room no hot water for the shower second room the heater did no work third rook was good. And the reason I booked our stay here to celebrate my daughter's 13 birthday was because there was a hot tub but when we got there we got told hot tub is not working so only had the pool which to me felt cold

Passable

Liked: The place is clean and the staff was friendly. The linens smell AMAZING! I'm not sure what detergent they use but they smell so nice. If you are looking for a cheap standard hotel this is it.
Disliked: Look, this used to be the "nice" hotel in warsaw. It is not that anymore. The pool is freezing cold. The hot tub has been broken for months despite my calling in the day before and being assured that it worked. The in hotel restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming. And we wanted to upgrade our room but were told that they were fully booked BUT from our first floor room we could see entire floors and wings that were completely unused and dark.

The room was comfortable but...

Liked: I don't know if the breakfast was free It was kind of confusing because it was in a restaurant so I'm assuming you had to pay. The room itself was nice although there was multiple issues throughout the hotel and with the room
Disliked: Seems like they had a lot of stuff not working The fireplace in our room was not working when we first got there the room was so cold you could see your breath and in order to turn the heat on you had to climb on top of the fireplace. None of the vending machines worked, The ice machine on the first floor barely worked and n the ice machine on the second floor did not work. It seemed like for the price I was paying I should have got a more functioning hotel

Exceptional

Liked: The pool, the clean rooms and commodities, location close to where we needed to do what we were there to do.
Disliked: They don't serve free breakfast.

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Pop machine, ice machine, elevator was not working. Hot Tub was not HOT!
