Liked: 1. When I arrived to check in, the woman assumed I was another party.2. When I gave her my booking information she said first I didn't have a reservation and then she said it was canceled. Which I told her really because you sent me a message an hour ago saying Welcome! 3. After that was settled, I was told they had no clean rooms available (it was 6:30pm. and check-in is at 3 pm). I said, "How is this possible?" She replied that laundry was backed up. My family went to eat at Olive Garden while they got a room ready.4. Arrived back around 8 pm and tried to check-in, still no rooms! I was told to have a seat until one becomes available. I asked so no rooms were cleaned in the time we went to dinner and was told they were, but she gave them away. 5. I noticed a sign hanging from the desk that said there was no hot water. I asked her if that was correct. I was told a pipe burst that morning, and there was no hot water. I could either get a refund or a percentage off room. Why wasn't I told about this two hours ago when I tried to check-in. 6. I took the room because I was not going to drive around looking for another place, and they were not going to help me find a new hotel. 7. My mother asked housekeeping for two blankets, one for each bed, she was only given one and said there wasn't anymore.8. The bathroom was not clean, and they did not leave any hand soap. The rooms were outdated, and walls had damages. I will say the bed was comfortable, not the pillows.

disappointing stay

Liked: I visit Tallahassee often to see my son at FSU and was hopeful about this stay, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, there was no hot water throughout the stay, and the room phones didn’t work. The bathroom drains were clogged, and the elevator was consistently dirty.

Liked: I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED!!! THE ROOM WAS NOT READY WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOTEL, THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN, THE HOT WATER WAS NOT WORKING AND WE ENDED UP HAVING TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF THESE MAJOR ISSUES!!!

Liked: Price was to high, the tube was dirty room wasn’t clean and the bed had some type of bug in it biting me

Disliked: Not worth 1 star! Place should be shut down! This hotel gives away your room that you’ve payed for and booked. We arrived at the hotel to be told that our room had been given to someone else and there was nothing they could do about it (we were 1 room of 7 that were told this). We stood in reception for 2 hours wondering where to sleep for the night when a man checked out of his room. We were given his room but had to change the sheets OUR SELF and sleep in a dirty, UNHYGIENIC room with no towels and rubbish everywhere. Other families had to find other hotels which were over 2 hours aways! To turn up to a hotel you have booked and payed for (after an 8 hour drive) to be told you have nothing is disgusting and I have never experienced anything like this. NO MANAGERS on site and there is no way to get hold of them. They have refused to come in to speak to us this morning because they are scared! Breakfast was crap aswell!

Liked: Relaxing stayWeekend breakfast options were very complete.They looked after my luggage after I checked out while attending an event.
Disliked: Very thick pillows, I had to sleep without them.Electrical connection was far from where the coffee maker was located.The weekend breakfast selection was much better and more diverse, but Monday's options were quite limited.
