Comfortable, reasonably priced, largely updated...

Liked: Updated common areas, good breakfast, very quiet, comfortable room, reasonable price.
Disliked: We had to change rooms because the popcorn ceiling in our first room was peeling badly. Our second room was very nice.

I've seen worse.

Liked: location, safety
Disliked: cleaniness, repair of the building, breakfast options (buffet was the same thing every day-scrambled eggs, sausage if some kind, another meat, bisquets, gravy, potato, grits). There was a gapping hole behind our toilet full of mold, mildew and dust, mildew and mold on the wall under the sink, and above the shower. The shower head was not mounted to anything.

Disappointing

Disliked: Musty smell. Room needed repairs

Liked: Everything was great rooms was clean the staff was great and it was a very beautiful place
Disliked: Nothing there bed was a little hard and lumpy but over all it was great

Bad

Liked: There was absolutely nothing that I liked. The location was okay for what I had to go do.
Disliked: Our room was dirty. We had a roach in our room, my bed had stained sheets and we all know what it was. We stayed on the 5th floor and the Marijuana smell was awful. There were people down the hallway having a huge party. Yelling and screaming. The ice machines didn't work. The water pressure was terrible and half the time our toilet didn't flush. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Exceptional

Liked: The price and it was clean and the location was good
Disliked: I wish they had queen beds instead of full beds and the shower head had better pressure. The beds were a bit firm also I wish they were more comfortable

I was disappointed when I...

Liked: The rooms need updating. It has an old bathroom(old toilet and old tub. The faucet on the sink was loose. The headboards were dusty. The microwave was old and not totally clean. We could not get extra towels the elevator needs updating
Disliked: The bar was great and the breakfast was great. Nice lounge area
