Disliked: The pool was closed and the hot tub was cemented in. I called a head of time to ask if they were open and usable I was told yes. That was in fact not true. My granddaughter was extremely upset as was I. This information also needs to be updated on this app.

It sucked we left!!

Liked: The person at the front desk had a smart ass attitude. Disrespectful and the room we were supposed to stay in one of them the floor was flooded and the other was occupied. Went to tell front desk and he was rude as hell. Asked him to please cancel my reservation and refund my money. Which they still haven’t returned it yet.
Disliked: Nothing!!!

Liked: Clean with comfortable beds. Staff very nice too!
Disliked: Older property but very clean with a very nice staff & a great location. Luggage cart wheels need some attention.

DON'T waste your money

Liked: $200 a night for this run down, outdated by at least 20 years!!! Horrible. Should be ashamed of your selves!! I will tell everyone not to stay here.
Disliked: EVERYTHING!!! Can't even get the chair out from under the desk!!

Cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Liked: Beautiful lobby and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Our coffee maker was disgustingly dirty as was the tray it was located in. Showed the manager on duty and she stared at my phone for quite a while and didn’t offer anything. My husband said if you want to do anything it’s room #210. She said she’d bring up a coffee maker. She did not. Didn’t matter to her in the least. It was my 60th birthday trip and I was so disappointed.
