Liked: Was pretty good it could use individualized breakfast drinks a little easier way to make it back to your room without spilling your breakfast drink all in all really good
Disliked: The indoor pool was not in operation and they used a text messaging system if you had anything you needed or questions you could ask I asked about the pool they said pool would be operational both days that I asked about it was not

Disliked: The pool was closed and the hot tub was cemented in. I called a head of time to ask if they were open and usable I was told yes. That was in fact not true. My granddaughter was extremely upset as was I. This information also needs to be updated on this app.

It sucked we left!!

Liked: The person at the front desk had a smart ass attitude. Disrespectful and the room we were supposed to stay in one of them the floor was flooded and the other was occupied. Went to tell front desk and he was rude as hell. Asked him to please cancel my reservation and refund my money. Which they still haven’t returned it yet.
Disliked: Nothing!!!

Liked: Clean with comfortable beds. Staff very nice too!
Disliked: Older property but very clean with a very nice staff & a great location. Luggage cart wheels need some attention.
