Stay only if it's a...

Liked: It was "clean but unvacuumed. Crumbs and lint in the hallway and room. Water stains on the ceiling. Nothing matched. Very dim with all lights on. Bed has a sag and chair was cheap. TV is bolted to the back of the cabinet. You must hold the remote above 4 feet high to change channels.
Disliked: Difficult to change channels. No coffee 1st day here. Dim lighting. Water stains.
