Disliked: Check in was a mess. Computer showed someone else had booked in as us. It took 20 minutes to straighten out.

Clean, hard working staff, questionable...

Liked: Helpful staff - although they were clearly understaffed. The gentlemen who checked me in was professional and efficient while under pressure. He was handling the bar, check-in counter, and helping guests that night. Surveillance cameras are all over the property and parking lot closest to entrance is well lit. They have an airport shuttle.
Disliked: Pricey for the neighborhood. Witnessed questionable people in the back parking lot at night wearing hoodies that appeared to be rummaging through trash bins. Highly suggest parking vehicle as close to the main entrance as possible. Not sure if property is already aware of non-guests loitering on property after hours but it should be looked at ASAP especially with how expensive it is.

Disliked: Breakfast items empty or missing. Slow service e. Room not cleaned or serviced.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and clean, I could adjust the temp to what I liked. Friendly helpful staff. I had to catch an early plane so a shuttle at 4am was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone
