The hotel was terrible and...
Liked: Leaving
Disliked: They gave me and my mom the hardest time because she didn’t have her ID but i had mine made us call Expedia when we got in touch the lady from Expedia told us what they could have come without us having to call and add my name to the reservation, that’s besides the point the hotel is freezing cold my family and i couldn't enjoy our time down at the pool cause it was freezing and the kids even started to complain smh…. Plants hanging out the dirt everywhere in the building and they charge people within their region $140 for a deposit but people coming from out of state don’t have to pay anything which is backwards.

Food was exceptional
Liked: The hotel was lovely and dinner was exceptional. Shame so few people were partaking in this exceptional food. My only complaint was the bed, seemed older as we rolled into each so used extra pillows to stop.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Inside lobby was very nice. The curtain in the room was too sheer. Beds were comfortable. Clean
Disliked: The curtain was too sheer, there was no privacy curtain over the sheer.

Disliked: Our A/c wasn’t working in our room but they wouldn’t switch us rooms until they sent maintenance up. Maintenance never came so we were just hot. Also doing maintenance on the pool during pool hours so I wasn’t able to take my kids swimming. Was disappointed since that’s why we came to this hotel with a pool.

Great Airport stay with a...
Liked: The location to the airport was great, and we could leave our car for a reasonable rate. Breakfast included was a bonus.
Disliked: The hotel has seen better days, with some wear and tear on the inside, but that is nothing against the property, and the rate reflected the state of the hotel. We waited far too long to be picked up and return, over 30 minutes, and I had to call 2 times to get the shuttle.
